A seasoned marketing and sales expert with a proven track record for leading innovation, delivering profitability and providing outstanding customer service, Todd Bruechert brings to his position at the helm of Home Rewards Group a wealth of experience driving consistent results for some of the country’s most prominent organizations.
After a successful tenure as marketing director at The Walt Disney Company, where he increased both revenue and annual attendance to unprecedented levels, Todd accepted a Vice President role at First Team Real Estate, the #1 independently owned residential real estate brokerage in Southern California.
During his 10 years on the executive team, he established the largest lead generation platform in Southern California, implemented an automated contact center from the ground up, and developed a proprietary home search and CRM system, all leading to increased customer engagement and conversion. He also managed a sales team of over 100 experienced Realtors® and expanded brokerage operations into Los Angeles and San Diego counties.
Through these endeavors, Todd gained an invaluable perspective on the nuances of the residential real estate business, and recognized that certain aspects of the traditional brokerage business model were ripe for disruption. Today, as President of Home Rewards Group and EVP of Strategic Alliances for HomeSmart Evergreen Realty, he’s pioneering a better way for Credit Union Members to buy and sell homes—one that delivers a tangible benefit for participating Credit Unions. By providing Members with a 20-25% rebate on the purchase and/or sale of their home, along with expert real estate guidance and exceptional customer service, Todd has created a proven “win-win-win” solution for increasing conversion and funding for Credit Union Partners.
Randy Rector, CPA

Mr. Rector is the CEO of HomeSmart - Evergreen Realty, one of California’s largest real estate firms, with annual revenues of $2.3 billion. Evergreen has been ranked as the “Top Large Company in Orange County” for nine years (2009 – 2017) and Mr. Rector was named as the “Top CEO in Orange County” (2011). Mr. Rector is also the CEO of Escrow Options Group, Inc., one of Orange County’s largest escrow firms, with revenues of $600 million.
Mr. Rector has executive management experience as a CPA and Senior Account Executive for the global financial audit, tax and advisory firm KPMG and as Executive Assistant - Controller for In-N-Out Burger, responsible for monitoring the company’s financial condition. In addition to his CPA designation, Mr. Rector has a patent in Encrypted Electronic Communications (#9,154,473).
Mr. Rector currently serves or has served on the following board of directors: Chairman, Nano Banc, BBL Ministries, California Regional Multiple Listing Service, Evergreen Realty & Associates, Inc., Escrow Options Group, Inc., Orange County Association of Realtors, Treasurer for the Orange County Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors (CA State) and the National Association of Realtors (oversight of all fifty states).

Authentic, inspiring and compassionate, Lisa Schulz Chief Operating Officer of HomeSmart Evergreen Realty has been an integral part of the company’s phenomenal growth these past seventeen years. A strong influencer, she inspires both agents and staff to be the master of their legacy and destiny.
For the past consecutive eight years, the company has been acknowledged by the Orange County Register as one of Orange County’s top workplaces. Lisa considers everyone to be a ‘brick in the wall of success,’ and her inclusivity is just one of many reasons she is a key influencer in the Real Estate industry locally and statewide.
Lisa Bayley epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Lisa grew up in the Orange County area and started her career in Real Estate right out of college. With a Bachelors degree in Communications from Long Beach State University, she has continued to use her education to further advance her ability to help her clients reach their real estate goals. Still an early riser every morning, she has since built a strong and successful career in real estate for over 15 years throughout Orange County. She has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks in both the Residential and Income property markets.
Lisa was trained by both top brokerages in the Fountain Valley/Huntington Beach area, and continued being trained by some of the best sales people in the world, Tom Hopkins, Zig Ziglar, Tom Ferry and Barbara Meyer. Lisa uses this insight proactively to address details before they become a problem. She and her team work diligently through the entire transaction ensuring strong communication, proper marketing, and follow through from the first phone call, to the last signature at closing. Lisa is a dedicated Mother of 2, enjoys family time with her Husband David, who is also a real estate professional for over 13 years. An athlete all her life, Lisa still enjoys running, swimming and competing in mud runs with her team from her gym. Come January, you will most likely find her in Temecula, or Oceanside running off the holiday feasts, at a Spartan Race, or some other crazy cross fit competition. Jogging up El Moro hill in Laguna Beach, or running 6 miles down the Huntington Beach coastline at least once per week, she cant keep still for long.
Rachel Russo is a licensed Realtor with an extensive background in New Home Sales, Property Management, and Residential resale.
Rachel has lived in the valley for over 25 years. She is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. She grew up up in the Central Corridor of Phoenix where she attended Xavier College Preparatory and then went on to Arizona State University.
Rachel has spent the last year at Homesmart teamed up with Top Agent Neil Brooks where she has become a Certified Military Housing Expert and has worked in tandem with the Brooks Group to develop a streamlined closing process assisting Veterans in utilizing their VA benefits.
Previous to building her real estate career with Homesmart Rachel was most recently the Sales Manager for Signature Vacation Rentals where she managed over 180 individually owned short term vacation rentals. Rachel really enjoyed assisting out of state and out of country clients manage their properties by offsetting the expenses of ownership by generating short term rental income.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, Pac 12 Football, NFL Football, volunteering, hiking, America Ninja Warrior training, and has recently been learning the art of Paleo cuisine.
